This Attic Ceiling Ladder is a ceiling-mounted type, which means it cannot be installed on a vertical wall and should be installed on the ceiling. It can be simply pulled down from the ceiling or put away, making it very convenient. The maximum vertical height when stretched out is 3m (10ft), and the length of the ladder when fully opened is about 3.4m. The distance between the support feet and the wall is about 1.4m. If you need a height below 3m (10ft), you can remove the steps to reduce the maximum height.

The ceiling opening hole size should be 700 x 1200mm (27.6 x 47.2 inches), and the thickness of the ceiling should be 100-200mm (3.94-7.87 inches). The distance between the opening hole and the wall should be greater than 50mm (2 inches). Please confirm these sizes before ordering.

The maximum loading capacity of this attic ladder is 660 lb, but it is not meant to be used by several people at the same time. For your safety, please use the ladder one person at a time.
